U2 – Three (1979)

Here we have another U2 hit record that was recorded in 1978 at the Windmill Lane Studios. This is a famous recording studio responsible for many legendary records, including Three. The album-length might have only been around fifteen minutes, but that didn’t stop it from becoming a huge worldwide hit. Sadly, a lot of people to not appreciate U2 much today, especially seeing as iTunes temporarily came automatically loaded with their music. Three is worth around $3,500 today.

Sun Ra – Supersonic Jazzy (1956)

The experimental supernova that was Sun Ra released a record in 1956 that was like something out of the 70s in terms of progressiveness. It was called Supersonic Jazz, which was an appropriate title for the sensational work recorded at RCA Studios in Chicago. This was a studio owned by Sun Ra which he ran with Alton Abraham. Sun Ra released just three albums. This record goes for about $4,425 today. Is it worth your money? We think so.
