Let us now take a trip back in time, to the era of the stamp. Long before email and even the telephone, physical mail was one of the main ways for people to communicate over long distances. To complete a letter, you needed to slot it into an envelope and stick a stamp on it. This resulted in the creation of special stamps to honor major historical events and iconic figures, which were hunted by collectors. Sadly, few people care about stamps in the 21st century.

These vibrant discs were both a fun game played by kids in the 90s as well as hotly collected commodities. While you might have convinced your friend to give you all his pocket money for your Pogs collection back in the day, today they are virtually worthless.
